5 Things You’ll be Very Glad to Hear You Can Infuse with Weed

Edibles are having a bit of a moment right now. With pot’s increasing position in the pop-cultural spotlight, legalization in certain states and people just apparently being really into food nowadays... it’s no wonder people are experimenting with grandma's old brownie recipe. Feel like experimenting but tired of the same old pot brownies? Read on and get inspired. Hot Chocolate If normal hot chocolate is basically a big ol’ hug in a mug, weed-infused hot chocolate must be… I don’t know, a double hug? I mean really, this is basically a way of combining the two most relaxing things known to humanity. It sounds especially great during winter but, really, most of us would be happy to drink this any...

Does Weed Really Mess Up Your Memory?

Does weed mess with your memory? It’s one of the most commonly seen stoner stereotypes you see; dudes who’ve blaze enough of the sweet sticky to scarcely remember their own name, let alone where they left the T.V. remote. Like many pop-culture depictions of ganja use, this one seems to have one foot each in both fact and fiction. We did a little internet digging to see what the hard evidence says. First things first; both scientific and anecdotal evidence tells us that marijuana use does affect short-term memory. Surprise surprise. April 20th, 4/20, is a day on which we can reflect on how far weed has come, appreciate some of the finest pot and pot culture… and, most importantly, get really, really high. Our Weed Projections for 2017

So, 2016! Pretty wild, ey? Say what you will about the world’s trajectory this year, but 2016 was a pretty great year for weed in the U.S. Now, roughly one in five Americans live in a State in which they can legally smoke pot, largely as a result of developments that occurred in 2016. But what does this year have in store for everyone’s favorite, plucky little herb? More legalization? Less? A man smoking in Denver, Colorado If we’re going to talk about policy, we first need to take care of the giant, blonde elephant in the room: the 2016 election. The new president is vocally teetotal with a pretty negative attitude towards mind-altering substances in general. The fact that...

5 Tips to Make Your Weed Last Longer

Weed is like time; no matter how much it seems we have, it seems to run out all too quickly. One minute you’ve got enough to keep you lit for a week; the next one you’re looking for roaches in ashtrays. So, without further ado, here are a few smoker life-hacks to making that next bag go further. Don’t think of it as smoking less; think of it as smoking smarter. Given the choice, we’d all like our stashes to last a little longer, right?   Use a wick If you’re smoking out of a bong or a piper, lighting up with a wick allows you to “corner” your bowl, using the small surface area to light up parts of...
