Order never arrived, no customer service response

I've loved using Twisted Bee hemp wick for years now but my latest order never arrived, I sent two emails within the last week and never received a response back. I tried calling the phone number listed on the site as well and there wasn't an option to speak with anyone. Frustrated, I paid $50 for my order and would very much like to receive it...

Lots of different choices out there and definitely less expensive options are abundant.., but when performance matters.. it’s the only choice for the connoisseur!!

Haven’t Received Any Word or Product

I purchased a sample a few months ago and got hooked but when I went to order the full size, it says it was delivered but no where to be found. I emailed the company two days ago and still haven’t heard anything regarding the missing package. I did call the shipping company first to verify tracking info. I hope to get this solved soon. I know this is a great product but I don’t have it.
