Our softgels are water soluble, which means they are twice as absorbable as a CBD tincture. They also have set amounts of CBD. However, tinctures come in unique flavors and can be added to foods and drinks, so the purpose behind your CBD use should determine which Twisted Bee product you choose.

How to use CBD
The ultimate self-care! Incorporate this into your daily routine for best results.
Twisted Bee Softgels give you predictable results in an easy-to-swallow format. Because of our water-soluble nanoemulsion technology, the bioavailability is much higher than an oil-based CBD product.
Some people take our CBD softgels in the morning with their daily vitamins while others take them before bed to promote a good night’s rest. Still others take it after a workout to aid their recovery. Your purpose for taking our softgels can drive the schedule you take them on, but remember, consistency will yield the best results!
Got questions? We've got answers.
What is CBD softgels different than tinctures?
What’s the difference between a broad spectrum softgel and a CBD isolate softgel?
A broad spectrum hemp extract contains many of the naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes and other phytonutrients in the hemp plant while an isolate just has CBD.
Will the softgels get you high?
No THC is detectable, according to our third-party lab reports. Broad spectrum is rich in non-psychotropic cannabinoids like CBD, which means it will NOT get you high! What hemp oil will do, however, is help restore homeostasis across nearly every biological system in our bodies.
I’ve never tried a CBD softgel. How will this make me feel?
Our CBD Softgels Everyday Formula are designed to support your overall wellness. Many people feel calm and clarity when they use our softgels. It can take up to an hour to feel the effects of our softgels, and you’ll typically feel these for six to eight hours.
